Bio:

Hugo Musso Gualandi is a professor of computer science professor in the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), in its Institute of Computing. He researches topics in the area of Programming Languages, including the implementation of dynamic languages, virtual machines, type systems, parsing technology. Hugo is one of the authors of Pallene, a typed and ahead-of time compiled companion language for Lua.
